What You'll Do:

• Run through apps on your personal devices, hunting down bugs, slowdowns, and friction points that users shouldn't have to deal with.
• Create clear, thorough reports that explain what's broken and suggest realistic fixes.
• Work directly with developers to turn your feedback into actual improvements that matter.

What We Need:

• Equipment: At least one smartphone or tablet (iOS or Android).
• Skills: Ability to download and navigate apps with ease. Programming experience isn't required.
• Traits: Meticulous eye for problems, reliability when executing test scenarios, and the ability to explain technical hiccups in clear language developers can act on immediately.

Job Details:

• Pay: $35 per hour.
• Schedule: Totally flexible—work whenever works for you, early mornings or late nights, weekdays or weekends.
• Duration: Ongoing role with steady work flowing in. This isn't a one-off gig; it's a real position.
