What You Will Be Doing:
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, share information about our products, point customers toward relevant resources, and help apply discount codes at checkout.
- Foster meaningful relationships within our gaming community by engaging authentically and professionally, ensuring every customer feels appreciated and understood.
Contract Length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/Background Needed:
- A reliable device (computer, smartphone, or tablet) paired with stable, high-speed internet connectivity to support your chat responsibilities.
- Personal accountability and the ability to work independently while upholding our quality expectations without constant supervision.
- A minimum weekly commitment of 5 hours for this position.
- Consistent, high-quality internet connection is essential for success in this role.
Hours per Week: Choose your own schedule—select between 5 to 40 hours weekly based on what works for you.
Location: Fully remote; we welcome applicants from anywhere across the United States. You can begin whenever you're ready.
