Chat Support Assistant (Fully Remote / No Experience)

• Help customers find answers about our products, fix problems they're experiencing, and help them make informed purchases.
• Give quick, helpful replies that turn customer issues into positive experiences.

Candidate Requirements:

• Your own computer, tablet, or phone that you can use for work.
• Willingness to work independently and stick to how the team operates.
• At least 10 hours per week you can dedicate to this work.
• A strong, stable internet connection where you'll be working.
