Chat Support Operator – Fully Remote, Entry Level

What You Will Be Doing: In this role, you'll:

• Respond to customer chat requests across our network of partner websites.
• Provide details about our products, handle questions about delivery, walk customers through returns, and confirm stock levels.
• Manage several active conversations at once while delivering excellent support every time.
• Set your own hours and complete all active chats before signing off for the day.

Contract Length:

• No long-term commitment required—choose your own workload and availability.

Rate:

• $35 per hour.

Skills/Background Needed:

• A device (computer, phone, or tablet) with stable internet connection for accessing our chat system and viewing web pages.
• Independent worker who can take direction and manage their own time effectively.
• Strong written skills and authentic interest in customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to work a minimum of 10 hours each week.
• Consistent, fast internet connection to ensure uninterrupted chat support.
