Chat Support Specialist (Remote / No Experience)

We're hiring Chat Support Specialists to expand our customer service team! In this role, you'll spend your time engaging with customers through our chat system, addressing their concerns about our offerings, and building relationships that encourage loyalty and repeat business.

Roles: Your typical shift means signing into our messaging platform, replying to customer inquiries, handling common questions around pricing and policies, and letting customers know about current deals and offers.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Location: Work from anywhere in the United States.

Requirements:

• A working device—laptop, tablet, or phone—that can support our chat software and browse the internet.
• Ability to manage your workload independently and maintain focus without supervision.
• Commitment to upholding our service standards and quality expectations.
• Flexible schedule with a minimum commitment of 10 hours monthly.
• Strong, consistent internet connection.

Contract Length: Ongoing permanent role with no set end date.

Hours per Week: Set your own schedule anywhere from 10 to 40 hours per week—work on your terms.
