What You'll Do:

- Use our guides and support materials to give customers accurate and helpful answers.
Requirements:
- A stable internet connection and a working computer or tablet.
- Ability to manage your own schedule independently and communicate professionally with customers at all times.
- Strong written communication skills and genuine interest in helping customers succeed.
- Minimum 10 hours per week you can dedicate to scheduled chat shifts.
Location: 100% Remote, must be based in the U.S. (we do consider international applicants).
