Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective customers in real-time across website chat and various social media channels.
• Provide comprehensive product details, direct customers to relevant resources, and apply discounts strategically when suitable.
• Pay attention to customer concerns, respond thoughtfully to inquiries, and actively listen to suggestions.
• Drive toward revenue targets while establishing long-term customer loyalty through authentic relationships.
• Develop and distribute compelling product content designed to attract new customer interest.
