Content Specialist - App Usability Reviews

Are you the type who notices every little detail in the apps you use daily? We're seeking a Content Specialist to become part of our growing team and help us discover how real people interact with mobile applications. You'll spend time hands-on with various apps, exploring their functionality, and sharing constructive observations that shape our product development and enhance experiences for countless users worldwide.

Roles: Each week, you'll be installing and analyzing different applications on your personal devices, working through their interfaces with a keen eye for detail, and composing comprehensive assessments of your findings. You'll spot bugs and glitches, pinpoint areas where users might get stuck or confused, and offer practical suggestions to share with our engineering team.

Requirements: You'll need at least one smartphone or tablet with a current version of iOS or Android installed.

Contract length: We offer complete autonomy here—you control how much you take on and set your own schedule that works best for you.

Rate: $35 per hour (compensation may adjust depending on the complexity of apps being tested and the level of detail in your assessments).

Skills/background needed:

• A mobile device (phone or tablet) capable of installing and testing multiple apps
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Strong attention to detail when following testing procedures
• Minimum 5-hour commitment each week
• Reliable, high-speed internet available at home

Hours per week: Set your own pace and hours based on what suits your schedule and circumstances.

Location: Work from anywhere as a fully remote role (we're actively expanding in the United States, so US-based applicants are preferred). A dependable internet connection is required no matter where you are.
