What You Will Do:
- Connect with customers through live chat and social media channels on our ecommerce platform.
- Answer inquiries with thoughtfulness, suggest products tailored to customer needs, share details about active deals, and make the purchasing process smooth and straightforward.
- Foster meaningful connections with customers by providing outstanding service that keeps them coming back.
Rate:
- $35 per hour.
Requirements:
- A stable device—computer, tablet, or phone—to handle customer interactions and manage social channels.
- Self-motivated individual capable of maintaining focus, staying organized, and owning your responsibilities.
- Flexibility to work at different times during the week, including nights and weekends, with at least 5 hours weekly availability.
- Fast, stable internet at your workspace.
Contract Length:

- 100% remote role; we primarily recruit from across the United States.
