Role:
- Position: Customer Experience Representative.
- Rate: $35 per hour.
- Location: Remote Work (US preferred).
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer questions in a timely and courteous manner across chat and messaging platforms.
- Troubleshoot product concerns, share helpful information, and highlight current deals and promotions to customers.
- Team up with Marketing and Operations colleagues to streamline and enhance our support systems.
