Our customer support team is growing, and we're looking for friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to help our customers through live chat. You'll be the face of our company for customers reaching out with questions—helping them find what they need, processing their orders, and taking care of any returns or refunds with a smile (even through text).
What you will be doing:
- Answering customer messages via live chat about everything from product details and shipping information to promotions and our return policy.
- Using our internal resources and training materials to solve problems quickly, with your team leader ready to jump in if something tricky comes up.
Contract Details:
- Rate: $35 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications.

- 100% remote—work from anywhere in the United States with no need to commute to an office.
