Customer Service Team Member

What you will be doing:

• Respond to customer questions in real-time through live chat, offering product details and support whenever they reach out.
• Reply to customer emails, take phone calls, and troubleshoot problems that come your way during the hours you choose to work.

Contract Length: Permanent position with no end date.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/Background Required:

• A stable internet connection and a suitable device (computer, tablet, or phone).
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload without constant supervision.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to following company policies.
• Willingness to dedicate at least 5 hours weekly.

Hours Per Week: You control your schedule—pick anywhere from 5 to 40 hours per week, whatever fits your life.

Location: Fully remote; we hire globally, though we're especially interested in applicants based in the United States.
