Customer Success Agent

Do you thrive on building genuine relationships and helping customers succeed? We're looking for a part-time Customer Success Agent to join our growing team. Your main focus will be simple but important: make sure our customers feel valued and have everything they need to get the most out of our product.

What you will be doing:

• Supporting customers via live chat and social media platforms during your scheduled shifts.
• Answering questions about our products, helping customers understand their options, and keeping them updated on new features and special offers.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements:

• A reliable device—laptop, tablet, or phone—that can run chat and messaging apps smoothly.
• Comfort working on your own while staying sharp with both written and verbal communication.
• A willingness to commit at least 5 hours per week to the role.
• A solid internet connection at home that won't let you down.

Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours

Location: Remote—we welcome applications from anyone in the United States.
