Customer Support Agent - Chat (Remote / Entry Level / Part Time)

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer messages quickly and professionally while highlighting relevant products and promotions.
• Build strong relationships with customers by listening carefully and providing personalized support.
• Track key performance indicators such as average response time, issue resolution on first contact, and overall customer happiness ratings.
• Manage several customer conversations at once using various digital platforms and communication channels.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements:

• Access to a reliable computer or smartphone and stable internet service.
• Excellent written communication abilities and clear, professional English language skills.

Skills/Background Needed:

• Previous experience is not required—we'll provide full training to help you succeed in the role.
• A sincere desire to assist customers with their needs and strong interpersonal abilities.
