Responsibilities:

- Build strong relationships with customers by listening carefully and providing personalized support.
- Track key performance indicators such as average response time, issue resolution on first contact, and overall customer happiness ratings.
- Manage several customer conversations at once using various digital platforms and communication channels.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Requirements:
- Access to a reliable computer or smartphone and stable internet service.
- Excellent written communication abilities and clear, professional English language skills.
Skills/Background Needed:
- Previous experience is not required—we'll provide full training to help you succeed in the role.
- A sincere desire to assist customers with their needs and strong interpersonal abilities.
