Customer Support Agent - Live Chat (Fully Remote)

We're looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our growing company. This position focuses on delivering exceptional service to our clients across various platforms. You'll be the friendly face (or voice) connecting with customers primarily through live chat on our website, while also handling messages on social media, responding to emails, and taking calls when needed.

Your day-to-day will center around direct conversations with customers using our live chat system and social platforms like Facebook Messenger. During your shifts, you'll answer questions, point people toward helpful resources, and keep them informed about product updates and announcements.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Location: Fully remote—open to qualified applicants anywhere in the United States.

Requirements:

• A reliable computer, tablet, or smartphone.
• Steady internet connection (broadband, DSL, or cellular).
• Strong written English communication abilities.
