Customer Support Chat Assistant – WFH / No Experience

Responsibilities:

• Connect with customers through live chat to resolve issues and guide them smoothly through their experience with us.
• Use our knowledge base and internal resources to deliver accurate, quality support while collaborating with your team.

Contract Duration: Open-ended

Rate: $35 per hour

Necessary Skills and Background:

• A functioning laptop or tablet that can handle our chat platform and supporting applications.
• Strong self-discipline, great time management, and the capacity to handle several customer chats at once.
• Ability to dedicate a minimum of 10 hours each week, with flexibility to pick up more hours when available.
• Fast, stable internet connection to stay productive and responsive.

Weekly Hours: Minimum of 10 hours
