Customer Support Representative (Remote / Chat / Entry Level)

We're expanding our support team and looking for someone who genuinely enjoys solving problems for customers. If you're the type who gets energized during busy periods, loves building rapport, and finds satisfaction in turning a customer's bad day around, we'd like to hear from you. This completely remote position gives you the flexibility to work from anywhere while helping customers through chat and email whenever it works for you.

What You Will Do:

• Handle customer questions through live chat and email with speed and professionalism.
• Attend training sessions regularly to expand your knowledge of our products and strengthen your support abilities.
• Process orders, handle returns, and resolve customer issues with empathy and patience.
• Balance multiple customer conversations at once while delivering excellent support to everyone.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements:

• A reliable computer and stable internet connection to work consistently.
• The drive to work independently and willingness to learn from feedback.
• Flexibility to work a minimum of 5+ hours per week.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Hours: Choose your own schedule with flexibility between 5 and 40 hours weekly.

Location: Remote work available across the United States.
