Entry-Level Customer Success Manager – Remote

Roles: You'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, developing deep knowledge of their business needs. Your focus will be understanding their objectives, recommending customized solutions, and ensuring every interaction reinforces their confidence and success with our platform.

Rate: $35 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their challenges and keeping them motivated throughout their journey with our product.
• Use data insights to identify customer needs and develop targeted solutions for their unique business situations.
• Partner across departments to resolve technical issues and continuously improve the overall customer experience.
• Complete comprehensive training programs to develop mastery of customer success best practices and our product ecosystem.
• Guide customers toward maximizing value from our solution and achieving their strategic objectives.
• Remain flexible and refine your approach regularly to anticipate customer needs and stay ahead of evolving demands.

Requirements:

• Previous experience is not necessary—we provide complete training and support to set you up for success from day one.
• Strong communication and people skills; you naturally make others feel valued and understood.
• Skilled at working through obstacles logically and with sound judgment.
• Independent and confident managing your workload remotely without constant oversight.
• Motivated by seeing your work directly drive positive outcomes for customers.
• Receptive to coaching and eager to grow within our collaborative team environment.
