Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and thoughtfully to incoming customer messages using our chat platform.
• Understand customer concerns and recommend appropriate solutions that fit their situation.
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy throughout all interactions.
• Take ownership of your work while adhering to company policies and team guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Access to a functioning computer, tablet, or smartphone compatible with messaging platforms.
• Previous experience delivering quality customer service independently.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Minimum 5 hours weekly availability, with potential to increase to full-time as you settle in.
• Dependable, high-speed internet connection.

Rate: $35 per hour
