Role Details:

• Work from home: Choose your workspace—whether that's a home office, coffee shop, or kitchen table. All you need is reliable internet and a working device. Skip the commute and handle your queue at a pace that works for you.

Contract Details:

• Rate: $35 per hour
• Requirements: Bring a laptop or tablet plus stable internet to the role. What matters most is your ability to communicate clearly in professional, grammatically correct English.
• Training: Haven't done chat support before? That's fine. Many of our strongest team members started at your exact point. We provide thorough onboarding to ensure you feel confident and ready.
• Location Preference: While we work with remote talent worldwide, we're prioritizing US-based applicants at this time to align with our customer base.
