Entry-Level Remote Customer Chat Support Specialist

We're expanding our support team and looking for a Customer Chat Support Specialist to join us. This is a great way to break into customer service while working remotely on your own schedule from anywhere in the world. You'll be helping our customers every day through live chat—answering their questions, troubleshooting issues, and creating positive experiences with our company.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reply quickly to customer messages and provide reliable, excellent support consistently.
• Handle order fulfillment, answer product-related questions, and take care of customer account needs.

Qualifications:

• New to customer service? No problem—we'll train you thoroughly to make sure you're ready to succeed.
• Clear writing ability and genuine interest in helping customers succeed.
• Able to juggle multiple chat conversations at once without dropping the ball, all from your home office.
