What You Will Be Doing: Your typical responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries and engaging with posts on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok for our partner brands.
• Managing standard social media activities such as publishing content, engaging with the community, and distributing brand materials in line with our standards.
• Contributing to audience expansion and driving quantifiable outcomes for your managed accounts.

Contract Length:

• Ongoing indefinitely with flexible terms—we adapt to your needs and personal circumstances.

Rate:

• $35 per hour.

Skills/Background Needed:

• Dependable internet access and a working device (laptop, smartphone, or tablet are all acceptable).
• Familiarity with navigating social networks; hands-on experience is beneficial but optional.
• Strong focus on accuracy and the capacity to follow established procedures.
• True passion for delivering excellent support and helping our partner brands develop thriving online communities.

Hours Per Week:

• Choose your own hours based on your availability, provided you can commit a few hours each week to this position.

Location:

• Fully remote with unrestricted location—operate from anywhere with strong connectivity; we particularly welcome candidates in the U.S., though exceptional applicants from other regions are welcome.
