Your Day-to-Day Tasks:

• Reply to customer messages swiftly and courteously during your scheduled hours.
• Balance multiple chats concurrently while keeping quality consistent across all interactions.
• Master our chat system and implement customer service standards effectively.

What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience in live chat support or similar text-based customer service environments.
• Familiarity with live chat platforms and their functionality.
• Excellent written and communicative skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple conversations at once without compromising service quality.

Rate: $35 per hour.
