Hourly Remote Chat Assistant (Entry Level / No Experience)

We're looking for a Chat Assistant to join our customer support team and be the voice of our brand in real-time conversations. You'll work remotely from anywhere you choose, connecting with customers through live chat and social media to answer questions, solve problems, and create positive interactions that keep people coming back.

Rate: $35 per hour

Location: Remote—hiring across the US and select international locations where you're authorized to work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer messages via live chat and social platforms during your scheduled times.
• Provide quick, accurate information about our offerings, current deals, and services while resolving customer concerns.
• Create meaningful connections through clear, empathetic writing that shows customers they matter to us.

Requirements:

• Stable internet connection and a working device—laptop, tablet, or phone work just fine.
• Self-motivation, the ability to work without supervision, and strong attention to detail.
• Good writing ability and comfort communicating with customers online.
• Fast, consistent internet that stays reliable throughout your shifts.
• No previous chat support experience needed—we'll train you thoroughly when you start.

Contract Length: Total flexibility—work as much or as little as you want with no minimum commitments.
