Live Chat Customer Service Representative (Work at Home)

We're looking for a Live Chat Customer Service Representative to join our growing team and provide outstanding support from your home. If you're enthusiastic about solving customer problems and crafting thoughtful written responses, we'd love to hear from you. In this role, you'll represent our brand, assist customers with their questions, suggest products that fit their needs, and share updates about our newest offerings.

What you will be doing:

  • Connecting with customers through live chat, understanding their concerns, suggesting the right products, and keeping them updated on current deals and services.
  • Delivering quick, courteous responses to customer inquiries, resolving problems on the spot, and making sure every interaction shows we truly care about quality service.

Contract length: Permanent ongoing role that gives you flexibility to adjust your schedule whenever you need to.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed:

  • A working device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) that can handle chat software and access social media.
  • Comfort working on your own while keeping your writing clear, professional, and polished in all customer conversations.
  • Willingness to learn our systems, policies, and best practices.
  • At least 5 hours per week available for your scheduled shifts.
  • Dependable, fast internet connection where you work.

Hours per week: Set your own hours anywhere from 5 to 40 hours each week.

Location: Remote work available for candidates located in the United States.
