What you will be doing:
- Responding to live chat inquiries from customers as quickly as possible.
- Using our resource materials and team collaboration to help visitors with questions about our products, delivery, policies, and more.
Experience Required:
- Zero experience required—we provide comprehensive training to make sure you feel prepared and ready to succeed from your first day.
Contract Length: Open-ended role with adaptable scheduling and no predetermined end date.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/Background Needed:
- A functioning device (computer, phone, or tablet) with reliable web browser and access to our chat software.
- Driven and detail-oriented with solid organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable managing several conversations at once and receptive to ongoing guidance.
- Minimum availability of 20+ hours each week required.
- Strong, consistent internet connection essential.
Hours per Week: 20 – 40 hours
Location: Fully remote opportunity available anywhere; we're particularly interested in candidates in the US.
