Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries promptly and courteously through email and live chat, diagnosing problems and delivering clear guidance on our platform.
• Compose responses that feel genuine, personable, and considerate—ensuring customers know you understand their needs and goals.
• Master our product lineup, internal processes, and company standards so you can consistently provide accurate and trustworthy support.
• Collaborate with fellow team members, share insights from customer interactions, and contribute ideas that strengthen our support strategies.

Requirements:

• Excellent written communication skills paired with the ability to establish trust and credibility in text-based conversations.
• A problem-solving approach that gets to resolutions efficiently without dragging conversations on unnecessarily.
• Willingness to pick up new software platforms and adjust to different communication tools as the job evolves.
