Live Chat Support Assistant (Work from Home / No Experience)

We're hiring Remote Chat Support Assistants and we genuinely mean it when we say no experience required. As a Chat Support Assistant, you'll connect with customers one-on-one, listen to their concerns, and guide them toward solutions that work.

What you will be doing:

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat using our platform and knowledge base.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting and address their concerns with professionalism and care.
• Operate from your home or anywhere with a reliable internet connection.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements:

• A computer, tablet, or smartphone with dependable internet connectivity.
• Excellent written communication abilities and fluent English (native or near-native).
• Ability to adapt your availability to meet business staffing needs.

Skills/background needed:

• Previous experience is not required—we'll train you thoroughly every step of the way.
• Ability to follow our chat protocols and leverage pre-written response templates.

Location: Remote globally, with preference given to US-based candidates.
