Mobile Software Tester

Are you someone who enjoys testing the limits of mobile applications? We're seeking entry-level QA testers to join our team and ensure our mobile apps work seamlessly across all devices. You won't need previous QA experience—just a genuine interest in mobile technology and an eye for detail.

Roles:

• Load and test our applications directly on your own iOS or Android device.
• Follow structured test cases to identify performance issues, crashes, and interface problems.
• Report your discoveries in thorough, easy-to-understand notes that explain exactly what happened and the steps to recreate it.

Requirements:

• Have access to a functional iPhone, iPad, Android phone, or Android tablet.
• Communicate technical problems in a clear, organized manner.
• Take ownership of your testing schedule and work with minimal oversight.

Contract Length: Open-ended

Rate: $35 per hour, with potential increases as you take on more complex assignments and prove your expertise.

Skills/Background Needed:

• Proficiency using smartphones and tablets; comfortable installing and running applications.
• Strong observational skills to catch defects and unexpected behavior.
• Availability of at least 5 hours weekly for testing work.
• Reliable internet connection at home.

Hours per Week: Flexible—you control when and how often you work within your schedule.

Location: Remote worldwide; we prioritize applicants based in the United States.
