We're building a support team and looking for thoughtful, detail-oriented people who thrive in a fully remote setting. This position focuses entirely on written communication—you'll help customers through email and chat channels. As an entry-level support specialist, you'll build strong relationships with our customers, solve their problems with care, and show genuine interest in getting things right for them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer messages through live chat and various social media channels.
- Pay close attention to what customers need, point them toward the right solutions, and process promotional codes as appropriate.
- Dig deep into customer issues to ensure you're providing the correct answer.
- Hand off tricky situations to the right team member when it makes sense to do so.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Requirements:
- Access to an internet-enabled device like a laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
- Ability to work solo while staying connected with your manager regularly.
- Willingness to commit to at least 7 hours of work each day.
- A stable, fast internet connection available from home or your workspace.
Location:
