Online Chat Support Specialist (Remote / Entry Level / Immediate Start)

Want to start your journey in customer service? We're looking for an Online Chat Support Specialist to join our growing remote team. You'll be the voice (well, the typing fingers!) helping customers resolve issues, answer product questions, and leave them feeling heard and supported every single time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reply promptly to customer messages via our chat system.
• Guide customers through their shopping experience with genuine, thoughtful support.
• Address customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, passing along complex issues to management when needed.
• Manage multiple chats simultaneously while staying organized, keeping pace with response times, and maintaining a positive attitude throughout your shift.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Location: Remote position available worldwide (applications from US-based candidates are especially welcome).
