Overnight Customer Care Representative - Chat / Remote / No Experience

We're hiring Chat Support Specialists to join our customer care team and respond to customer inquiries through live chat during evening and overnight shifts. Don't have prior customer service experience? That's okay—we provide comprehensive training to get you up to speed and ready to excel from day one.

What You Will Do:

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat regarding pricing, order tracking, promotions, and more.
• Monitor our chat platform throughout your scheduled evening and night shifts, providing timely and courteous support.
• Complete our detailed onboarding program to develop the expertise needed to assist customers with confidence.

Details:

• Rate: $35 per hour.
• Contract Length: No fixed term.
• Hours per week: Flexible, ranging from 10 to 40 hours.
• Location: This is a remote position, ideally suited for candidates based in the US.

Requirements:

• A dependable device—computer, tablet, or phone—capable of running our chat software and accessing web content.
• Ability to work independently while following company guidelines and maintaining quality standards.
• Fast, stable internet connection and availability for late-night work.
