We're hiring a Customer Support Specialist to join our overnight live chat team. You'll be the friendly face helping our customers solve problems and answer questions during night shifts. This is a fully remote position—manage your own schedule from home while making a real difference for the people we serve.
Role Overview:
- Title: Overnight Customer Support Specialist – Live Chat
- Rate: $35 per hour
- Experience: Entry Level, no prior experience required
- Training: Comprehensive onboarding and training provided
- Location: Remote, home-based (US preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Chat with customers throughout the night shift, listening carefully to understand what they need and responding with genuine empathy.
- Work through customer issues step-by-step, asking the right questions to identify solutions that actually work.
- Always stay professional, answer messages quickly, and give every customer the attention they deserve.
Qualifications:
- Strong written communication skills and a real passion for helping people solve their problems.
- Ready to work evening and night shifts, able to stay focused and self-motivated working independently.
