Product Support Specialist – Fully Remote

We're expanding our customer support team and need a Product Support Specialist to work remotely with us. Are you someone who loves tackling problems and helping others get the results they want? Rate: $35 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer questions about how to use our product, walk them through features, and fix any issues that come up.
• Form genuine connections with customers by listening to what they need and delivering answers that go beyond what they expect.
• Use our knowledge base and support tools to give customers thorough, trustworthy help whenever they need it.
• Work with other teams to build your understanding of the product and help us make our support even better.

Requirements:

• You pick up new skills quickly and can put them into practice right away, especially when you're getting up to speed.
• You explain things clearly, turn complicated technical stuff into simple language, and actually hear what customers are telling you.
• You have reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace where you can take calls without distractions and focus on your work.
