What You Will Be Doing:

• Support customers with a wide range of needs including technical troubleshooting, product details, and purchase assistance.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Contract Length: Ongoing, with no set expiration date

Skills/Background Needed:

• A dependable device like a computer, phone, or tablet that can support web-based chat tools and social media platforms.
• Independent work style with strong time management skills and dedication to maintaining our quality standards.
• Willingness to work a minimum of 10 hours weekly.
• Fast, consistent internet connection with sufficient speed for real-time chat support.

Hours Per Week: 10+ hours
