Remote Customer Service Chat Representative – Part Time

We're expanding our support team and looking for part-time Remote Customer Service Chat Representatives who genuinely enjoy helping people solve problems. If you thrive on building rapport with customers, tackling issues creatively, and having control over your work schedule, we'd love to meet you. Roles: You'll be responding to customer inquiries through chat, helping them work through issues as they come up. We're seeking empathetic, responsive communicators who listen carefully, explain things clearly, and make sure every customer feels valued once your conversation ends.

Contract Term: Flexible, short-term arrangements only—no lengthy commitments required. Adjust your availability whenever your circumstances change, without any hassle.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Required Skills/Background:

• Reliable device—computer, tablet, or phone—capable of running chat software and web applications.
• Self-motivation and the ability to stay focused while working independently.
• Commitment to following company standards and maintaining consistent service quality.
• Minimum availability of 10 hours each week.
• Stable, high-speed internet at your work location.

Weekly Commitment: Part-time opportunity requiring at least 10 hours weekly.
