Position Overview:

You'll serve as our first line of communication when customers contact us via chat, helping them navigate our platforms and respond to messages across social media. Your typical day involves fielding customer questions, explaining what we offer, and connecting people with the solutions that fit their needs.

Position Details:

• Rate: $35 per hour
• Contract Length: Ongoing with no set end date

Requirements:

• A reliable computer, phone, or tablet with stable internet service so you can stay responsive to messages throughout your shifts.
• Ability to work independently while keeping all communication professional, warm, and genuine.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to guide customers toward solutions that work for them.

Hours per Week: Set your own schedule—anywhere from 5 to 40 hours per week

Location: 100% Remote; we welcome applicants from anywhere in the US and beyond
