Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer questions through live chat—solve problems, answer questions, and provide helpful product details whenever they need it.
• Walk customers through the buying process smoothly, tackle any roadblocks, and make their checkout experience frictionless.
• Build genuine connections with shoppers by listening to what they need and pointing them toward products that actually work for them.

Position Details:

• Contract Length: Full-time permanent role with job security and room to grow
• Rate: $35 per hour
• Requirements: A solid computer or mobile device that handles chat software and browsers smoothly. Self-motivation to manage your time and work independently while staying aligned with our standards. Rock-solid internet connection you can count on.
• Hours per Week: Minimum 10 hours weekly, with the option to take on more shifts whenever you're available.
