Role: You'll handle customer questions and concerns via live chat platforms including Facebook Messenger and similar channels. This position offers tremendous flexibility—work from wherever suits you best, whether that's home, a coffee shop, or any location with dependable internet. All communication happens through text, so there's never any phone support required.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Requirements: You'll need reliable internet connectivity and any internet-capable device (smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer). Strong written English skills are essential for excelling in this position.
Training and Experience: No prior chat support background is needed. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you confidently assist customers from day one.
