We're looking for Chat Support Specialists to grow our team. This remote position is ideal for anyone ready to break into customer service—no background necessary. You'll handle conversations from your own home with total schedule control, supporting customers through live chat while making genuine connections and finding solutions to their issues.

Roles: Here's what your typical day looks like:

• Responding to customer inquiries in real-time using different chat channels including Facebook Messenger and similar platforms.
• Tackling customer issues, answering product-related questions, and delivering excellent service that keeps clients engaged.
• Juggling several conversations at once on our user-friendly system from anywhere you choose to work.

Rate: $35 per hour.
