We're growing our remote customer support team and looking for someone who's naturally good with people and pays attention to details. Role Details:

• Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, troubleshoot issues as they come up, and keep our presence strong across social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Rate: $35 per hour.
• Location: Fully remote, available for U.S.-based applicants only.

Requirements:

• Reliable high-speed internet and a device (laptop, desktop, or tablet) you're comfortable working on.
• Excellent ability to write clearly and communicate effectively in English.
• Zero prior experience required—we provide comprehensive training and ongoing guidance.

Hours per Week: Part-time with flexible scheduling; between 5-8 hours weekly available. Choose hours that fit your lifestyle.

Skills/Background Needed:

• Able to juggle several conversations at once and stay organized doing it.
