You'll be our first point of contact, connecting with people through live chat, email, and community spaces to solve problems and provide answers.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Connect with customers in real-time through our messaging system to tackle issues fast and find solutions.
- Pay close attention to what customers are really asking for and provide practical, helpful answers about what we offer.
- Go through comprehensive training so you're comfortable using our systems and confident handling everyday customer requests.
- Get guidance from your supervisor whenever you need it—whether that's tackling tricky cases or getting tips to improve.
Contract Length: Ongoing permanent position with the flexibility to work when it suits you.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/Background Needed:
- Own a reliable device—computer, tablet, or phone—capable of running chat software and accessing the web.
- Independent thinker who stays organized and follows processes while managing your own workload.
- Ready to dedicate at least 5 hours per week to this role.
- Strong, steady internet connection to keep you connected and productive.
Hours per Week: Pick your own hours anywhere from 5 to 40 per week.
