You'll be the friendly face (well, friendly text) helping people navigate our products and resolve whatever challenges they're facing. We need someone who loves connecting with customers, thrives on problem-solving, and works great independently from their home office. You're essentially the first impression customers get of our company—that's important work.

Role Overview:

• Rate: $35 per hour
• Location: 100% Remote, primarily seeking US-based candidates but open to outstanding applicants elsewhere
