We're building out our support team and need Chat Support Representatives ready to dive into a fully remote position immediately. Every day, you'll engage with customers via chat, email, and other messaging apps—really listening to their concerns, delivering solid answers, and keeping our brand's reputation strong.
Customer service background isn't required—we provide thorough training to all team members when they start. The thing we really value is clear writing and thoughtful interaction skills. Best part? You're in charge of when you work. The only real commitment we need is 10 hours minimum each week. Work whenever you want while making a real difference for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries through live chat, social channels, and messaging platforms.
- Help existing customers troubleshoot issues and onboard new customers with product information.

- $35 per hour
