- Every day involves crafting thoughtful messages, answering questions about our products, sharing information about promotions, processing discount codes—all while keeping interactions warm and professional.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Compose thoughtful, precise replies that truly answer customer questions.
- Listen carefully to what customers need and suggest solutions tailored to their specific situations.
- Manage your workload effectively by staying on top of conversations, meeting response times, and maintaining quality standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Access to a device—desktop, laptop, smartphone, or tablet—capable of running our chat software and accessing social platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills, precision in writing, and commitment to keeping conversations on-message and error-free.
- Openness to beginning with 5 hours per week, with opportunities to expand your hours as you settle in.
- Dependable high-speed internet access at your work location.
Rate: $35 per hour
