What you will be doing:
- Handle incoming customer messages via Facebook Messenger, representing our e-commerce partners professionally.
- Answer customer questions quickly, walk shoppers through product specifications, and tackle order concerns head-on.
- Suggest items that match what customers are looking for and keep them informed about ongoing promotions and deals.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Key Requirements:
- A dependable computer, tablet, or phone to complete your work.
- Stable, fast internet service available at your home workspace.
- Excellent writing skills with a knack for sounding professional and courteous in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Background in live chat support is helpful but not essential—we'll train you thoroughly and support your growth.
- Self-motivated and capable of juggling multiple priorities independently.
- Comfortable engaging customers in writing and familiar with using Facebook Messenger.
