Remote Text Chat Operator – Entry Level

No problem—we'll give you comprehensive training to help you succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer questions via live chat across our partner platforms.
• Help customers resolve issues like shipment status, product information, and return procedures.
• Show up consistently for your assigned hours and handle several chats at once with professionalism.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements:

• A dependable computer, tablet, or smartphone and reliable high-speed internet.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions without needing constant supervision.
• Ability to commit to at least 10 hours per week.
