What You'll Do:

• Maintain a courteous and warm demeanor while managing conversations with several customers at once.
• Log out at the end of your shift and receive payment the next business day.

Requirements:

• Reliable internet service and a device with online access (laptop, tablet, or phone all work fine).
• The drive to stay on task and consistently meet our performance and quality benchmarks.
• A willingness to work a minimum of 10 hours each week.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and comfort handling multiple chats simultaneously.
