Remote Text Chat Support Agent – Entry Level

Ready to earn $35/hour while working from your home office? We're building a team of excellent communicators who genuinely enjoy helping customers solve problems through text-based conversations. In this role, you'll spend your days messaging with clients on platforms such as Facebook Messenger, addressing their questions, providing solutions, and sharing information about our services.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Roles: You'll be a key member of our distributed support team, writing clear and empathetic responses to customer inquiries. We supply you with message templates and examples that you'll adapt and customize to fit each customer's specific circumstances.

Requirements:

• A dependable computer, smartphone, or tablet paired with consistent internet access.

• No previous chat support background required—we'll train you completely.

Location: This is a completely remote position available to candidates anywhere. While we primarily hire across the United States, we're open to outstanding candidates internationally.
