Remote Usability Tester – Entry Level

Do you notice when apps feel smooth and intuitive? Or when websites frustrate you with poor design? We need observant people who can articulate the difference. As our usability tester, you'll provide critical feedback on how real users interact with our digital products and identify areas where we're missing the mark.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate applications and websites across different devices and operating systems to assess functionality and user experience.
• Document detailed observations about interface design, feature placement, and how users move through the product.
• Identify issues including technical glitches, unintuitive navigation, hidden functionality, and opportunities for enhancement.
• Simulate typical user workflows and report where friction points occur or performance lags.
• Present your observations to development and product teams in actionable, implementable ways.

Requirements:

• Comfortable navigating various software applications and mobile apps.
• Strong attention to detail paired with curiosity about user-centered design.
• Ability to communicate observations clearly and constructively.
• Access to a device such as a computer, smartphone, or tablet for conducting tests.
• Dependable internet connectivity throughout your work sessions.
